We offer everything from creative and mindfulness workshops to community and sacred gatherings.
You can drop in to create during Art Cafe hours, join a class, or be in community with others through our membership offerings.

Recovering from achievement culture and the attention economy leaves us feeling empty. We're taught to give our attention to anything and everyone but ourselves. Rarely are we given the space to just enjoy existing.
